We guarantee all workmanship on a repair for as long as you own the vehicle it was performed on. That is a statement about how long we stand behind the work, not a fixed number of years.
Structural restoration certified to manufacturer spec
On any repair involving structural restoration, we certify that the work was based upon the vehicle manufacturer's own recommended specifications, the same standard our frame straightening is measured against.
Parts, materials and labor
The limited warranty covers the parts and materials used for the repair and the labor required to complete it. It is tied to the repair itself, not a general warranty on the rest of the vehicle.
What this warranty is
A guarantee on the repair, not a substitute for one
This is a workmanship warranty: it guarantees that the repair we performed, the parts and materials we used, and the labor behind it will hold up. It is separate from your vehicle's own manufacturer warranty, which we work to keep intact through certified parts and procedures rather than replace.
If something about a repair we performed does not hold up, that is on us to make right. Call the shop and describe what you are seeing so we can look at it.
